Lightly mash 3 bananas
Add 1.5 mugs of flour (Self raising. I sometimes add extra baking powder. Also works with “freee” gluten free white flour)
Add two-thirds of a mug of sugar
Add one-third of a mug of soya milk. From this point on, be quick; if left too long the self raising flour will do its raising before making it to the oven. It's a good idea to get the other things ready before adding the liquid. If you do leave it too long, you can add some extra baking powder near the end. Or just enjoy a more gooey cake.

In this case it needs to be more liquid, so I add a dash more soya milk, until it's the right consistency
